Tyler Rolland is a biomedical scientist. He earned his PhD at the University at Buffalo’s Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences in 2025, works as a project manager at miLEAD Consulting, and serves as an alumni ambassador for graduate education at UB. He writes for trainees making the move from the lab to the workforce.
