TalentCare
Outplacement, rebuilt.
The benefit that starts on someone’s last day. When a person leaves your company, CoBlack runs their job search for them, every day, until they land. You pay $30 a month per person. They keep their footing.
Billed monthly in US dollars. Turn it off any month.
The moment
Most companies will say goodbye to someone this year.
How they do it is the last thing that person remembers about the company. It is also the first thing the people who stay notice.
Layoff and severance figures: LHH, US Severance and Separation Benefits Benchmark Study, 600 HR and business leaders, fielded September 2026. Job seeking: Gallup, employee retention and attraction indicator, August 2026.
Outplacement today
A coach, a résumé review and a window that closes.
Traditional outplacement is sold per departure, priced by seniority, and ends on a fixed date whether the person has landed or not. Published 2026 prices, per person:
Price bands: Noticeable, outplacement cost by level, 2026 pricing reference, which also lists a major provider’s published professional program at $5,200 for three months and $7,600 for six.
What the person gets
The search, run for them.
Not a list of links. The full CoBlack platform: Auto Search finds openings at the source, Auto Match scores each one against what they can actually do, Auto Resume tailors a résumé for every application, and Auto Apply sends it. Progress Lab shows them what to fix next.
Across CoBlack’s proof of concept cohort that meant a shortlist 72x faster than a manual search and 12x more interviews.
What those numbers count and what they do not claim: how we measure.
What HR sees
Totals, never the person.
Your dashboard shows time to placement and satisfaction for everyone on TalentCare, as totals. Nobody at your company sees where any individual applied, what they earned, or who called them back. The person’s search is theirs.
CoBlack never sells data and never trains on it. That promise covers the people who left exactly as it covers everyone else.
How it starts
Offered at hire. Switched on at departure.
Write it into the offer
TalentCare sits in the benefits list next to health and retirement. People join knowing the exit is covered, whatever the reason.
Switch it on at departure
HR adds the person, or hands them a code. Resignation or reduction, it works the same way. Their account is live the same day.
Keep it on until they land
You pay month by month. When they start the new job, or whenever you choose, you stop it for the next month. No contract per event.

Why it matters
The last day is still a day at your company.
A person who leaves with a search already running keeps their footing. Their family keeps its rhythm. The people who stay watch how it was handled and draw their own conclusions about the place they work.
We still work for the person searching. TalentCare simply means their employer paid for the seat.

Questions
Before you ask.
Does TalentCare cover resignations as well as layoffs?
Yes. It is switched on when a person leaves, whatever the reason. Companies that offer it for every departure find it easier to explain and easier to be proud of.
What does the person actually get?
A full CoBlack account: Auto Search, Auto Match, Auto Resume, Auto Apply and Progress Lab. The same product every member uses, with the seat paid by their former employer.
What can HR see?
Totals only: how many people are on TalentCare, time to placement and satisfaction. Never an individual’s applications, employers, pay or replies.
How is it billed?
Monthly, by card, in US dollars: $500 for the company plus $30 for each person on TalentCare that month. You can stop any seat for the following month. There is no annual contract.
Can we offer it alongside an existing outplacement provider?
Yes. Coaching and an autonomous search work well together. Many companies keep coaching for senior departures and put TalentCare behind everyone.
