Universities
Your students apply. We do the rest.
Career services cannot run a job search for every student. CoBlack can. Every student gets an autonomous search that finds, matches, tailors and applies for them, and your office gets the outcomes on one screen.
Onboarding free. Every student free for the first semester.
The moment
The degree is not the problem. The search is.
Students leave with the skills. What they do not have is the time, the method or the stamina for a search that now runs to hundreds of applications.
Unemployment and underemployment: Federal Reserve Bank of New York, The Labor Market for Recent College Graduates, 2026 second quarter, 5.6 percent and 42 percent. Pessimism: Handshake, Class of 2026 outlook, survey of 2,440 seniors, 61 percent, 70 percent among computer science majors.
What changed
Entry level moved. The search has to move with it.
Employment for 22 to 25 year olds in the occupations most exposed to AI sits 15 to 20 percent below where it would be had it kept pace with their peers in less exposed work. The first rung is narrower than it was two years ago.
At the same time employers plan to hire 5 to 6 percent more new graduates this year, and 8 to 9 percent more at the largest companies. The jobs exist. They are harder to find and harder to win.
Stanford Digital Economy Lab, Canaries in the Coal Mine, revised August 2026, 19 percent. NACE, Job Outlook 2026 Spring Update, April 2026, 5.6 percent and 8.7 percent.
What your office gets
Every student’s outcomes. One screen.
An invite link for your cohort, a roster, and the counts that matter: signed up, profile complete, résumé uploaded, applications sent, interviews reported. Export it as a CSV for the dean.
You see totals by default. Per-student tracking is opt-in, at signup, by the student. Student data is covered by FERPA, never sold and never used to train anything.
What the student gets
A search that runs while they study.
The full CoBlack platform. Auto Search finds openings at the source, from 2.7 million live jobs. Auto Match scores each one on capability, not keywords. Auto Resume tailors a résumé per application. Auto Apply sends it. Progress Lab shows what to fix next.
What each number counts and what it does not claim: how we measure. Openings counted October 2026.
How a school onboards
Lend us one cohort for one term.
Pick the cohort
A graduating class, a department, a program. Your office chooses who, we send one invite link, and every student in it is free for the semester.
Host one session
We onboard the students live, in an hour. Profile, résumé, Capability Map, first campaign running before they leave the room.
Read the report
At the end of the term you get the cohort’s outcomes: applications, interviews, offers as students report them. Then decide.
The economy they enter
About 5 million new jobs by 2034.
The US Bureau of Labor Statistics projects total employment of about 175 million by 2034, with the fastest growth in healthcare, data and security roles. Information security analyst employment alone is projected to grow 28 to 29 percent.
Those are roles that need the degree your students are earning. CoBlack’s job is to put each student in front of the right ones, every day, so the growth reaches them.
US Bureau of Labor Statistics, Employment Projections 2024 to 2034: 5.2 million new jobs, 175.2 million total, information security analysts up 28.5 percent.
Pricing
Pay for students who are actually searching.
- First semester free for every student, onboarding included
- Active means a student who sent at least one application that month
- The full CoBlack platform for every student
- Outcomes dashboard, totals by default, CSV export
- FERPA, no data sold, no training on student data
Billed monthly in US dollars after the free semester. A student who signs up and goes quiet costs nothing that month. $20 is what a member pays for the same plan on their own.
Questions
Before you ask.
What does the free semester include?
Everything. Onboarding for your office, a live session for the cohort, the full platform for every student, and the end-of-term report. There is no card and no contract for the pilot.
Can the office see what an individual student is doing?
Only if the student opts in at signup. By default the dashboard shows totals for the cohort. Student data sits under FERPA, is never sold and is never used for training.
How do interviews and offers get counted?
Interviews are read from employer replies to the applications CoBlack sent. Offers are counted as students report them. The report says which is which.
What does it cost after the pilot?
$500 a month for the institution plus $20 a month for each active job seeker, billed monthly. A student counts as active only in a month they sent at least one application through CoBlack.
Does it replace our career services platform?
No. Event boards and employer fairs stay where they are. CoBlack is the part nobody has had: the search itself, run for each student, every day, across every live opening.
