JobHire sets the threshold. CoBlack answers the questions
JobHire vs CoBlack, an honest comparison. JobHire gates applications behind a 60 or 80 percent match score. CoBlack answers the screening questions.
On this page
JobHire.ai makes a promise almost nobody else in this category will make. Get an interview invitation within fifteen days, or get your money back. JobHire AI Limited, of Nicosia, Cyprus, works United States roles only and says more than 35,000 job seekers have found positions through it. The guarantee is how most people find JobHire, and deserves a straight reading.
What JobHire does
You upload a resume, set your targets, and the agent runs in the background. It scans job boards including LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor alongside the enterprise systems it names, Workday, Greenhouse, and Lever. For each opening it writes a role specific resume, adds an optional cover letter, and submits.
The interesting part is the gate. JobHire calls it match gated auto apply: “Wide Search requires 60%+ compatibility, Top Matches Only requires 80%+. Below your bar, nothing goes out.” Setting a floor before anything is sent is more thought than most of this category gives it.
Then the volume. Basic is 49 dollars a month for up to 40 jobs a day. Enhanced is 99 dollars a month, or 199 for three months, for up to 100 a day. JobHire’s own page is blunt about the entry price: “No free tier or trial. You commit to a month to test.”
The 15 day guarantee
The terms are specific. “If you don’t get a single interview invitation in 15 days, we refund the full subscription.” That is a real consumer protection, more than any other tool in this series offers.
Worth seeing what it protects. The remedy is the subscription, returned. That covers the 49 dollars. It does not cover the fifteen days.
The clock shapes the product too. A system with fifteen days to produce one interview invitation has reason to run at the top of its cap, and a floor that still permits 100 a day is a wide one.
What the reviews say
Several review pages, most run by companies selling competing tools, report an F rating from the Better Business Bureau. There is no BBB profile for JobHire. The directory returns nothing, and JobHire says flatly, “We don’t have a BBB profile. Some review pages have published an ‘F rating’ claim; it isn’t factual.” We make CoBlack, so check this JobHire vs CoBlack comparison against its sources too. But that rating is unsourced, and it should not be used against them.
JobHire does publish its own Trustpilot breakdown: 4.2 out of 5 across 866 reviews, 64 percent five star, 14 percent one star. Publishing your own one star share, next to a page listing the complaints you heard most and what you changed, is more open than the norm here. The recurring complaint across Trustpilot and Reddit is familiar for any high volume tool. Applications arrive at roles that do not fit.
Where CoBlack stands
A threshold decides whether to apply. It does not change what arrives.
CoBlack’s Auto Search reads validated employer career pages and ATS feeds rather than aggregated boards, so ghost listings never enter the pipeline. The BLS counted roughly 2.2 million ghost jobs against 7.4 million real openings in June 2026. Auto Resume then writes a fresh resume per opening from your Career Capability Map, and Auto Apply answers the screening and knockout questions on the form. Honeit traced 300 applicants down to about 50 at pre qualification in June 2026, where those questions do their work. JobHire publishes per role resume tailoring. It publishes nothing about screening questions.
CoBlack’s free plan applies to 8 openings a month, permanently. There is nothing to refund because there was nothing to charge.
Who each is for
If you want the highest daily submission ceiling in the category with a match floor under it, and your money back if the first fortnight is silent, JobHire is a coherent offer. Forty tailored applications a day is more than any person can produce by hand.
If you are one of 250 applicants to an opening, SHRM’s 2025 figure, the question is not how many forms you fill. It is how many survive the first filter. CoBlack gives you 200 applications for 19.99 dollars, sourced from real postings, tailored per opening, screening questions answered, submitted server side, starting free at eight. A guarantee gives you your money back. Nothing gives you the fifteen days back.
