Employer Portal

Post the job. Meet the person.

Hiring takes weeks and a stack of applications nobody has time to read. The CoBlack Employer Portal matches each posting to people who already said yes to that kind of work, in minutes, and lets you post without ever going public.

In development. No seats, no free tier, $149 per live posting a month.

The problem

Weeks of waiting. Thousands of dollars. A team under stress.

Every open role costs you three times: in calendar days, in cash, and in the hours your people spend reading applications instead of doing their jobs.

35 to 45 days
to fill a typical non-executive role, from requisition to accepted offer.
$5,000 to $6,000
average cost per hire, before anyone has started.
200 to 250
applications per posting, about double what it was in 2022.

Time to fill: SHRM, 2026 Recruiting Executives Benchmarking, median 39 calendar days for non-executive roles across more than 4,600 organizations, down from 44 in 2025. Cost per hire: SHRM 2025 benchmarking, average $5,475 for non-executive roles. Applications: Greenhouse, The Hire Standard, March 2026, 244 applications per job in 2025 across 640 million applications.

Post once

Matches arrive. Applications do not.

Every live posting comes with ten matched people. They are not applicants who clicked. They are members whose Capability Map, pay range and location already fit the role, scored the same way CoBlack scores jobs for them.

Need more than ten? Each extra match is $5. People already inside your company never count.

Incognito

Post it. Keep it off the internet.

Incognito is not a hidden company name. The posting never becomes public at all. It is not on a board, not in a feed, not in any record a scraper can read. Nobody can build a picture of your company, your plans or your pay from what you post.

Write the role the way you would say it in the room. Matches still arrive, from people who already said yes to that kind of work.

Under four minutes

From posting to shortlist.

In CoBlack’s lab, a new posting has its first matched shortlist in under four minutes. Not an interview, not a hire. A list of people worth calling, before the kettle boils.

The hire still takes a conversation on both sides. The wait does not.

Measured in CoBlack’s lab on the Employer Portal in development, October 2026. What it counts: how we measure.

How it works

Three steps. No seats to buy.

1

Give Kosmos your website

Kosmos, the engine behind CoBlack, researches your company, your subsidiaries and your departments, and drafts the defaults. You correct, it remembers.

2

Post, public or incognito

Write the role or let Kosmos draft it from a few lines. Pick the pay range, the stage sequence and whether the posting ever leaves CoBlack.

3

Meet the matches

Ten people arrive with the reasons they fit. Pin the ones you like, move them through your stages, and close the posting when the seat is filled. Billing stops with it.

Everyone in

No seats. No free tier.

HR, hiring managers, IT, the founder: everyone at your company uses the portal under one account. You pay per live posting, not per person.

There is no free tier on purpose. Every employer pays from day one, which keeps fake postings and the people who write them out of the system that members trust.

We still work for the person searching. The portal brings you to people who already said yes to the role, the pay and the place. Nobody is sold to anyone.

Pricing

Per live posting. Nothing else to count.

One US dollar price list worldwide, charged monthly by card and shown converted on your bill. The portal is in development; early access is by invitation while we finish it.

Questions

Before you ask.

Who are the matches?

CoBlack members whose Capability Map, pay range and location fit the posting. CoBlack scores them the same way it scores jobs for them, on what they can do rather than the keywords on a résumé. Each match comes with the reasons it fits.

What does incognito actually hide?

Everything, from everyone except the matched people you choose to contact. An incognito posting is never published to a job board, a feed or a search engine, and never appears in any public record. It exists only inside CoBlack.

When can we use it?

The portal is in development. Request early access and we will tell you where you are in the queue. We do not announce dates until we can keep them.

Is there a free trial?

No. Every employer pays from the first posting. That is what keeps fake jobs out, and it is why members trust what they are matched to. A posting costs $149 for the month it is live and stops billing when you close it.

Do you sell our data or train on it?

No. Your postings, your company research and your candidates stay yours. CoBlack does not sell data and does not train models on it, for employers or for members.
