No Filters.

Hiring is full of them. We took them out.
Every job system runs on filters. Did you go to the right school. Does your name sound familiar. Did your last title match the next one. Filters that have very little to do with whether you can do the work, and everything to do with whether someone like you usually gets the work.
Coblack was built without them.
What the engine sees.
The Kosmos Engine reads your capabilities. Not your ZIP code, not your last name, not the gap between two jobs. It builds a map of what you can do and matches it to roles where you will actually thrive. Every candidate is treated the same way. With care, and on the merits.
What the company looks like.
We hire the same way we match. One filter, and only one. Are you a little obsessed with helping one percent of the unemployed find real work. If yes, the door is open. The rest is noise.
The filter that hurts the most.
Only about 23 percent of Americans with a disability are employed today. Three out of four are not even in the labor force, and most of them can work. The system filtered them out before they ever got a chance.
That is the filter we care about most. We are actively looking to partner with organizations that help differently abled individuals find employment. If you run one, support one, or know one, reach out. The fewer filters between talent and work, the closer we get to our one percent.
Talent is everywhere. The filters were the problem.
