87,000 Reasons We Started Coblack

There are 8.7 million people without a job across the US and Canada right now.

Seven point two million in the United States. One point five million in Canada. Behind every number is a person refreshing inboxes, rewriting resumes, and wondering if anyone is actually reading what they send.

Coblack was built for them.

Our ambition is simple to state and hard to reach. We want to help one percent of the unemployed population in every country we serve. Starting in the US and Canada, that is roughly 87,000 people back in work, on their terms, with their privacy intact.

One percent sounds small. It is not.

It is 87,000 households where rent gets paid on time. 87,000 conversations at the dinner table that go differently. 87,000 people who stop feeling invisible to a hiring system designed to ignore them. That is not a metric. That is a movement.

We are a small company. We do not have the budget of a job board giant or the ad spend of a recruiting platform. What we have is a sharper tool, a clearer mission, and a community willing to share what works. Coblack tailors resumes, surfaces roles hidden inside applicant tracking systems, fills out the forms, and keeps every piece of your data inside our walls. No third-party AI. No data brokers. No spam.

Just an AI that applies for jobs the way a great friend would. Quietly, carefully, and on your side.

We are starting in two countries. The plan is to grow into more. Every country we enter, the same promise holds. One percent of the unemployed, helped to find real work, with privacy as the foundation.

A single spark to start a movement. The first step toward the future of work.
